Course Description
Start Date: November 16 2024 Time: 1.5 hrs Instructor: Yvette Garcia-Mier Welcome to our Ornament Pottery Workshop. We are excited to offer a special workshop where parents and children can come together to create beautiful, handcrafted ornaments. This workshop is perfect for bonding, creativity, and celebrating the holiday season in a fun and artistic way. In this session, you'll have the opportunity to create your very own beautiful, unique and festive ornaments that capture the spirit of the season. Each parent and child can create 10 ornaments in total. The booking is for one adult and one child. What’s included: All necessary materials will be provided, including clay, tools, templates, festive cookie cutters, and glazes. Just bring your enthusiasm and creativity! Who is this class for? Whether you're a beginner or have some experience in pottery, this class is designed to be enjoyable and accessible to everyone. How long is the workshop? 1.5 Hours with clean up included. Hot Tips: Bring an apron or an old tshirt. Bring your inspiration. Pieces usually take 3-4 weeks to be processed. We first bisque fire your pieces after a week or so once it’s dried completely, then once cooled we glaze and re-fire. Participants are emailed when their pieces are ready for pick up!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@beyondpottery.ca Cancellations will be subject to the following: -Cancellations within 14 days of the start date will be charged the full course fee. -Cancellations within 15-28 days of the start date will be charged 50% of the course fee. -If the participant fails to attend the course the full course fees are payable. Terms and Conditions -Courses are for Adults 18+ unless otherwise stated -All courses are non-refundable -We require at least two week advance notice to reschedule a course, regardless of the date of booking. -There are no partial refunds for missed classes.
